Why learn Spanish? Learning another language opens the mind - students not only learn new words, but an entirely new way of expressing themselves. They learn traditions and customs from various Spanish speaking countries and realize along the way that people from other cultures and who speak different languages are not so very different after all.

Each class will be exposed to different aspects of the Spanish language. Elementary students are introduced to a variety of vocabulary and simple phrases to pique their interest and grow in appreciation of Spanish. Middle School students will have an academic curriculum, learning formal grammar with a focus on making connections to the English language.
